Cybertronics allowed individual units to share information at an unprecedented level. Some military doctrines capitalized on it in ways that were pretty non-standard, and one the most effective implementations of such technology were the Chasseurs, or "hunters". These late Genetic Era specialists operated in remote areas, using unprecedented integration with an unbelievably advanced system to monitor and protect vast areas with very few soldiers. The cost of this system made Chasseurs elite and rare units, but they were very effective against conventional infantry and greatly added to the country's counter-intelligence capabilities.
